ISNHS: a hundred and twenty-third year

The 123rd founding anniversary of our school Ilocos Sur National High School just happened! Everyyhing was so fun. The booths were quite interesting, especially the Jail and Marriage booths. Everything was quick, but those 2 days will be ingrained in the void of my memories.



Practicing for the demonstration was hard, but fun. The weather was hot, sun scorching our skin. My tan skin, turning dark. Lady gaga's songs filling my head. Dancing with the flag was amazing. Being able to wield it while winds were soaring was fun. We tried our best, but got 4th place. Such a downgrade compared to being Champions last year, but atleast we had fun.



Those experiences short, but meaningful. As a moving up student, it'll miss experiencing this with friends I cherish. I think that's why we celebrate this momentous occation. A way to honor friendships formed, knowledge learned, and moments created. By remembering the past, looking forward for the future, and cherishing the present. We get to honor those who were first and those who will come next. I thinks that's why we celebrate school anniversarys. A special way to show love and appreciation to the school building society's building blocks.

My 2nd Quarter Experience🩷🩷🩷🩷

Durinng this quarter, I have learned many things with my classmates and ma'am Evelyn!!! Our first lesson was about the HTML Tags. We mostly used a hands-on learning setting. Using the computers available we learned how to use different tags that are used in coding and also learned tables. One example for this is the <html> tag used in all coding activities we did, and is vital to every one of them. I also learned that HTML tags aren't case sensitive. So if I accidentally type <HTML> it is still fine. In addition, I also learned that there is no such thing as an </br> tag during one of my exams! Fun right? During the making of the activities called "excer", I mostly struggled with typing. As I am not a fast typer when it comes to different keyboards except my own. The spacing of the computers also made it so that my long arms were uncomfortable during typing. Both of this combined is the reason I am mostly the last one to finish in my group. My group ...

Although a very rich country filled with numerous resources, its politicians, government, and people, all contribute to its inability to rise as an economy and nation.
